Saidi Power Company Public Limited is a facility with a capacity of 0.99 GW (990 MW), officially operational since 2079/07/01 (18 October 2022).

• Location: The plant is situated in Saitighatta, Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality 9, Kaski
• Access: The site is accessible via newly constructed roads.
• Powerhouse: The powerhouse operates with two [Turbine Type] turbines and a generator with a capacity of [Capacity] MW.
• The intake, which directs water from the river into the penstocks, is [XXX] meters long and includes trash racks to prevent debris from entering the system, along with gates to control water flow.
• Penstocks: The distance from the intake to the powerhouse is 3 kilometers. The penstocks have a diameter of [XXX] and are protected and covered to prevent damage from potential landslides.
• Tailrace: The tailrace, which discharges water back into the river downstream, has a length of [XXX] meters. It is engineered to minimize erosion and environmental impact and includes fencing to prevent human and animal accidents.
• Switchyard/Substation: The powerhouse is connected to the national grid via the Hemja Baskot Substation, located [XXX] kilometers from the site.
